Quail Corners, in another community in South Charlotte, has not yet been acknowledged by name. It is located between South Park and Ballantyne and benefits from its proximity.
However, Quail Corners has
its unique attributes.
The area surrounding Quail Corners Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Park Road and Gleneagles Road/Sharon Road West, has access to the city’s heart via roadway and railway.
The Sharon Road West railway stop is 2 miles from Quail Corners Shopping Center and ten stops to Uptown. Via Park Road, it’s less than 10 miles from City Center!
When you cross over Park Road in the opposite direction, in less than 2 miles, you will find Quail Hollow Club, the host of the 2022 President’s Cup, PGA, and many other golf tournaments. The area is full of charming neighborhoods, dining, and shops.
Lastly, Charlotte’s Greenway, one of the city’s best investments, now offers easy access to Quail Corners neighborhoods via the Little Sugar Creek extension.
I (Robin) live in one of these neighborhoods and am working to help Quail Corners gain
the recognition it deserves! Regarding the value and convenient access to Uptown, South Charlotte, SouthPark, and Ballantyne – Quail Corners is hard to top!
